A large living room with fireplace and corner bar opens the entrance to the 150 m2 tavern available to guests.
Kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and gym complete the apartment.
There are six beds in total as each sofa bed is double.
On request it is possible to add an additional bed for children.
Air conditioning, two satellite TVs, free Wifi, electric oven and microwave, espresso and American coffee machine, equipped gym are just some of the services and comforts for guests.

The sea
To reach the sea, you take an avenue of only sixty meters.
Once the gate is opened, you enter a shoreline equipped with private umbrellas and sunbeds for the exclusive use of customers.
The seabed is rocky, not sharp, but the use of rock shoes is recommended.
In some places, natural springs make bathing fresher and more regenerating.
The weather conditions and in particular the winds make the sea water more or less crystalline.
The gardens
At the entrance there is a cultivated land where there is also the reserved parking area.
At the end of the avenue, we find a garden adjacent to the shoreline of the sea.
The land offers fruit trees, a small vegetable garden, a first outdoor shower and two relaxation corners to enjoy a coffee between greenery and nature.
The garden with lawn is equipped with sofas and sun loungers and is shaded by umbrellas.
A wooden gazebo built among the tamarisk trees is equipped with a bar corner and an eight-seater table with sea view for romantic dinners.
Upon request, it is possible to dine directly on the shoreline of the sea, for a truly unforgettable atmosphere.
